Delivery & Returns
What delivery options do you have and how soon can I expect to receive my product?
Items are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. We offer a variety of Royal Mail delivery options:
1st Class Delivery – 1 – 2 working days
2nd Class Delivery – 3 – 5 working days
1st Class Recorded Delivery – 1 – 2 working days
2nd Class Recorded Delivery – 2 – 5 working days
Please be aware that whilst every effort is made to deliver items within the above time frames, Royal Mail are unable to guarantee a delivery date. These are purely provide as a guide.
Can I choose to have the product sent to a different address other than the billing address?
Yes, you can enter the address you would like the product delivered to on the payment options page.
Do you combine reduce the cost of postage if I order more than one item?
All postage is calculated based on the weight of the product and the service chosen.
My item arrived after the date of the celebration, can I return it?
All items can be returned within 7 days providing they are returned unopened and in a resalable condition. Return request must be arranged in writing to returns@thecelebrationstartshere.com.
The Celebration Starts Here will not refund the cost of the postage, this must be at your own expense. Refunds will be actioned upon receipt of the returned products. The
Celebration Starts Here recommends that you send any returns by recorded
delivery so that you have proof of postage.
Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with my product?

If your item hasn’t arrived within 15 working days from the date of your dispatch confirmation please email enquiries@thecelebrationstartshere.com with your order number or address so that we can assist you.
