How do I buy products on your site?
Click on the “purchase” button below the product you would like to buy. You can continue to browse. When you are ready to go to the checkout, click on the “Your shopping cart..” link at the top of the page. You will be taken to the checkout where you can confirm which goods you would like to purchase. You can also remove goods from your basket at this stage by clicking the “remove” button on any items you don’t want to buy. When you are happy with the contents of your basket, click on “Update” then “Checkout.” You can then choose which delivery option you would like (prices are listed). Click on the button for your chosen delivery option. Finally, you can choose your payment option (debit card/credit card/ cheque). When you click on the “Pay now” button, your payment will be processed.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque, your purchase choice will be stored and processed once we receive your cheque and payment has cleared. When sending your cheque, please supply your name and full address.

Are your products always in stock?

The Celebration Starts Here consists of a retail store, eBay store and an online store. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all products advertised are in stock and ready to dispatch, we do occasionally sell out of products via our additional outlets. Please be assured that all stock is replenished several times a week, if for any reason your order is affected you will be contact immediately with the next available dispatch date.

Can you help plan my special occasion?
This is a service that will be offering in full very shortly, however in the meantime we are on hand to offer advice to help make your day or night perfect. Please email enquiries@thecelebrationstartshere.com if you have a question.

Do you give discounts to bulk buys?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a discount on bulk buys at this time. However we are looking at ways in which we can offer this service in the near future.

Balloons
I would like a balloon display, can I have different colours?
The Celebration Starts Here can adapt any balloon display to individual taste and can offer advice if you are unsure how to achieve the most out of your display.

Can I use air for helium quality balloons?
If the balloons have an image on them you will not be able to inflate the balloons with air as the image will appear upside down.

Can I use helium for air fill balloons?
We do not recommend that you inflate air fill balloons with helium as they are not helium quality and can easily burst. Also, if the balloons have an image on them, this will appear upside down.

Can the balloons be blown up with air?
Unless otherwise stated all of our balloons can be inflated using air.

How long do helium balloons last?
Helium latex balloons will last between 12 and 20 hours, unless treated with Hi Float. Helium foil balloons will last for several days.

Are instructions supplied with balloon display kits?
DIY balloon display kits are provided complete with full instructions. We are also on hand to offer email advice – see Contact Us.
